What this site
collects.
OpenSLM.ai is a documents site. The default state is no analytics, no cookies, no profiling. Anything beyond that requires you to opt in, and you can change your mind at any time on this page.
What runs by default
On a fresh visit, no analytics tag loads. Your browser fetches the page, the static assets, and the fonts. There is no third-party tracking, no advertising network, no cookie. Server access logs are kept by the host (GitHub Pages) and are not used by this site.
What runs only if you accept
If you click Accept on the consent banner, this site loads Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is an anonymous usage analytics tool from Microsoft. It sets cookies and records:
- Pages you view and the order you view them in.
- Anonymized session replays of how you move and click on the page.
- Aggregated heatmaps of where visitors scroll and click.
- Browser, operating system, and approximate region (country / city).
Clarity does not collect form contents on this site (we don't have form inputs), does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell data to third parties. Microsoft documents its data use at the link above. Data sent to Clarity is processed by Microsoft on infrastructure outside this project's control.
Why we ask
This site is a public document. Knowing which sections people read, where they get stuck, and which links never get followed helps us make the accord clearer over time. None of that requires identifying you. The consent prompt exists because Clarity uses cookies, and cookies require consent under the laws this site reads as binding (UK PECR, EU GDPR, California CPRA, and equivalents).

- No fingerprinting or device-graph linking initiated by this site.
